All provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing together with a deposit within 10 days of request for accommodation. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. Rooms available from 2:00pm on day of arrival. (Guest may leave luggage in the hotel until rooms are available). Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure and failure to do so may incur an extra days charge. Accounts must be paid for before departure, and cheques will only be accepted with a valid cheque card. If the amount exceeds the card limit, Guests are requested to pay the account at least 3 days before departure. Single night accommodation bookings must be paid for upon arrival. In the event of any cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. Should the accommodation not be re-let the person whose signature appears on the booking form will be liable for the total costs as per reservation, less an allowance for food and service. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any persons who is a part of that contract, cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
